all kidding aside,


it was smart for them to hold onto Sharper.


Aside from playing the AFC North, and a few other teams, the Saints have a pretty plush schedule next year.


Being in one of the weakest divisions in the league, i can see them coasting deep into the playoffs again.

I have never looked forward to the start of an NFL season as much as I am this year.
Come 9/9/10 8:30ET in the Superdome, Favre and Vikings fans everywhere will have their revenge.
Favre will release his ankle surgery fury upon the New Orleans Saints defense.  It will be glorious.  :wink:

Really, you think the schedule is plush?  I was a little worried, with, like you said, the AFC North, which will all be tough, the Vikings to start the season, Arizona and Dallas, and then there is Cinci and Baltimore in the late winter.  And the Saints have yet to prove they can play in the cold (I think Peyton has won maybe one game with the Saints in <35 degree weather).

I guess we'll see.  I can't wait for Halloween, there will be some REAL shit talking around here then!
