I like Rittenhouse probably the most for American whiskeys, they have a fancier version than their 13 dollar bottle that is excellent.  Whiskey snobs and pussies will tell you that Pappy Van Winkle is the best.  Quite false.  Ive never heard of the brand you mentioned.

I love the little wood box Bookers comes in. I've fantasized about using the box as a container to fruit shrooms in. Line the inside with foil and what not..... I think it would make a badass photo.

It can be made anywhere, it just happens to all come from KY.  brown forman owns the burbon industry pretty hard
