Ive said it before and Ill say it again. Kimbo is not a professional fighter. Hes got no more than a few fights under his belt...and his card is already being pulled.

He isn't.  But after his win against Alexander I was impressed.  After watching him on TUF he's a really likeable guy and I just wanted him to able to succeed because I do feel he's given it his all.  On his feet, he didn't even look bad against Nelson.  I never thought he would ever make close to title contention or anything, but after that Alexander fight I thought at least he might get to have a fight every once in a while to make some money.

He did poorly last night, no doubt.  Still, I feel bad for him that Dana saying he's done when he's 1-1.

I think there was just so much hype behind him, and people drove and flew a long way just to see him in action, and he pulled a failed rocky on them.

I thought he was going to kick ass at pro MMA. I've learned a bit about the sport since then. I like him though and those youtube vids are forever classic. He's a fucking badass brawler if there ever was one.

I think Dana White wanted more action from him, you can survive in the UFC losing a bunch of fights as long as they are exciting. Kimbo just couldn't be effective enough

I am talking about in the UFC he is 1-1...  White has carried others who have lost two or three fights in a row..  Why kick Kimbo out.. I am by NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO means a fan of Kimbo, i just don't think he should be tossed after one loss.

He should be given one more fight to try and get a spot.

yeah sure, if you dont count those ultimate fighter loses as loses in the UFC. kimbo was all hype, and dana pulled his card, nothing surprising about it.

Kimbo had 4 fights in Elite XC, and won three of them.
He also won a fight in the "Cage Fury" fighting championship.

Comes out to five pro/semi-pro fights, and a 4/1 record before the UFC signed him

I liked Kimbo, he was just too much of a brawler to fight with real martial artists. He should go back to fighting in the smaller organizations until he improves his technique, especially on the ground.

Kimbo would still pull in huge ratings for the ufc but if dana white was going to keep him it would make the ufc look bad .. Kimbo is a Freak in the streets in his older fights but that boy has chicken legs and also i have just found out the night Kimbo fought Matt Mitrione ... mitrione broke his foot during the fight and still dominated the whole fight damm kimbo ....:huxleyfacepalm: but hey if u still like kimbo im not suprised he is a internet legend on youtube.. He should go back and work as a body guard for the milf hunter
