Ya i'm a pretty nice person too but im kind of antisocial so i keep to myself a lot. I have a couple close friends
who i'm on calling basis with but they're old friends one i've known for 18 years and the other one 9

I'm this way too. Lately I've been putting a lot of effort to get out of this, but I just get the impression that people don't like me very much :shrug:

Ive got about 5 friends who ive known all for at least 5 years... most 10+ years.  I hang out with them often.  Not every night... but yeah.

Other than that i have like 3 other friends who ive known less than a year. Next month they wont be my friends anymore and i will have a few new friends.  Thats just how it works i guess.

People tend to like me but I am very picky about the people I hang out with.  I dont mean to sound like im the cool guy but people usually like me Im just very self centered and egotistical lol.

Theres certain people that are easier to become friends with then others, assuming your like me i think
it would be hard for people to become friends with us cause we dont go out of the way to hang out. You gotta find that person thats the
center of attention you know the
guy that everyone seems to hang out with and you become friends with there friends who are the same way

Its like seinfeld (if you watch that show) where they are all friends but you take away seinfeld and the group
would crumble there was part of an episode about it... and yes im watching it now and thats why i brought it up :tongue:

I'm not a social animal, but it doesn't bother me. I'd rather have a few close friend than a lot of acquaintances.

I unfortunately don't have too many friends these days.

I lost 2 to a drug overdose and shortly after that I cut myself off from everyone. I miss my friends, but I know there's no way I can keep a straight head being around them.

I dont have many friends. You meet people all the time though that make you think "wow I'm glad I'm not your friend".

I havent got many friends either, thats probably cos i got PTSD


Few months ago i met a chick on couchsurfing that lives in same area... we hang out once... it went fine

But on second date she was late... so i started drinking... when she got here i was dotted... talking bollox about all kinds of shit... in a dirty flat...

Havent seen her since :S

I have a few really good friends, and besides that most people don't interest me enough to hang out with.  I don't want to go out clubbing or drinking or to house parties all the time with them. I'm fine sitting at home watching tv with the misses when I have time off from work.
