Umm... Your mistaken it would not be genocide.
Make illegal crossing of are borders punishable by death.
Your not targeting a specific group of people your targeting criminals.
There is nothing in the Geneva convention saying you cant punish criminals by death in fact we have a pretty long history of it in our country.

While im not an expert on the Geneva Conventions wiki says
The Geneva Conventions is made up of four treaties and three additional protocols that set the standards in international law for humanitarian treatment of the victims of war
As far as i can tell it in know way would prohibit executing criminals found guilty of illegally crossing are borders.

hmmm

but what about the africa shit? there's not exactly a declared war but you often hear of genocide with the "warlords" over there.  or because thats a war type zone, even though there's no declared war......

also that brings into an interesting (although I'm sure its been addressed) question. if you're protecting your borders from the illegal aliens --> protecting from invasion --> do they now become POW's where execution would be protected by Geneva?

How would it not fix the issue at hand? It would remove the illegals from the country and provide all future illegals with a strong deterrent. You like to throw your face palm around but you have yet to add anything productive to the conversation. Do you have a better, cheaper more effective solution #4 cause you've yet to voice it?

the way it worked 100 years ago is not going to work today considering the vast number of us and great contrasts in wealth between countries.
nature as you know, if your stupid hick ass has ever bothered to learn about anything other than firearms in your life, tends to work towards equilibrium.
and since human civilization is not beyond the forces of nature, we're being pushed toward equilibrium.
we can either kill each other off, as you've suggested. or we can work to achieve a fair and efficient system that doesn't discriminate on humans outside of imaginary lines on maps and distributes resources evenly; this would be like working together with nature.

some people have their heads way too far up their asses to realize that we're all one thing, a planet wide human colony. those people are all for oppressing the shit out of and killing poor brown people that have failed ditch their ancient tradtions for the imperialist's culture; which is industrialization.

The mass majority of Animals on are planet have and hold territory "imaginary lines" that if crossed is very likely to end in DEATH for the animal dumb enough to cross said "imaginary lines". In nature the more powerful a group of animals, pack, flock what ever the larger the territory they control. So if we go by your lets do things by nature plan we the USA being the strongest military country in the world should expand are territory killing any "animal" who dares to try stop us? Ya nature is a much better plan!

i didn't want to get into the argument because, to keep it simple, dumb fucks like you are just that.

if you think the state of things in the world is perfect today, then i guess you're right. we should just keep going at the rate we're going. history hasn't changed since we began writing it down, lets just keep on truckin'.

unfortunately shit isn't even close to ideal. our old ways are not fucking working at all, how could you not realize this? so lets take a life to hopefully make this bullshit system last a little bit longer. if you're such a patriot, why not take your own life? you won't. you're fucking selfish. and you're too much of a coward to go out and rob a person for yourself so you pay a military to do it for you. thats in effect what it is.... we (our corporations) rob other groups of people of their resources and then turn around and present it in such a way that it makes it seem they're trying to rob us by sneaking in. this country eats 30% of the worlds resources, you might be shocked at what percent of the population america accounts for.

It needs to be implemented in 5 parts:

1) A massive roundup...send ALL of the illegals to Mexico (no matter the race)...sorting them all out will cost too much and waste too much time.  If Mexico wants to object, our armed forces can give them a little taste of non-compliance...

2) The enforcement...have autonomous aerial and land-based drones cruising their assigned grids along the US/Mexican boarder & US/Canadian boarder...anything that is detected crossing the boarder will be killed on site.

3) Dissemination of the recorded kills on open airwaves so that anyone can view the result of attempting to get across.

4) Enslavement of any illegals that are able to make it by the perimeter (and all U.S. prisoners serving life)...use them for public labor, the cultivation of their food, and the construction of their secured quarters.

5) Random forced employment of all persons receiving a wellfare check to fill all of the menial positions previously filled by the expelled illegals.

This is just a quick 1st draft, but I see it working a lot better than what I've heard of so far from our 'leaders'.

honestly, i think it's just my problem. this world is full of people like you. it's like some sort of joke world. it's a joke that i'm taking too seriously.
it's like this ass backwards place and people tell me it's good to be alive and we're all so progressive and we're green and we're civil and we're the good guys and shit is ok. when in reality shit is so fucking far gone on this planet the only thing that will save this part of the universe is the sun expanding out to swallow it.

it's really something i'm working on getting through to myself. i'm sorry for taking life so seriously and the hateful remarks that came as a result of it. i just have to learn to laugh at the killing in the name of the dollar, the this, the that, it's all a joke. it doesn't matter.

i'll go buy a fifth and medicate.
