You're probably right. I used to have a guitar and a bass. Never was very good at either one. Sold the guitar and gave the bass to a buddy of mine for his birthday.

I have a guitar btw; 4 actually.  One broke and I sent it back and got an $80 check which is bogus because I paid like $10 shipping and handling and then another 10 bucks on the warranty.  GRRRRAAHHH!!!

I have a fender strat, musicman bass, several classical acoustic guitars, takamine acoustic and my gf ordered a gibson les paul standard for my graduation lol. And yes Les paul>>>>SG. SG is just gay. Very comfortable tho.

Mine still sounds great. It is a low end martin so I wasn't tooo scared. I doubt I would cut a hole in like a taylor though because they are so pristine and clean sounding. My pickup is necessary though, since I sing and play alot
