Gonna try popcorn tek...

Ok since i discovered a preassure cooker under my sink, i think it would be a good idea to try working with whole grains, and popcorn just looks the best out there...

This is what im going to do please correct all my mistakes...

1. I'm gonna buy some pint jars since i don't think quart jars will fit in my 6litter preassure cooker (or will they?)

2. I'm gonna buy some white popcorn from local foodmart

3. I'm going to soak the popcorn in water overnight (cold or warm or doesnt matter?)

4. I'm going to make a hole in the jar and cut my pillow and take some polyfill out to make a filter for the whole...

5. After the popcorn is done soaking in water im going to drain it well, fill the jars about 3/4 close the lid witht he polyfill filter, put some aluminimum foil on top and pc the jars for an hour maining 15psi

6. I'm going to let the jars cool overnight and in the morning spray the shit out of my kitchen turn on the oven, clean the it very well and atemp an oven tek to inculate my jars with kreeper strain (about 2-3cc per jar i guess)

7. Incubate the jars and hope for the best...

don't know if quart jars will fit, but i'd check first. you probably want to leave some space for shaking the corn and that won't leave much for popcorn in the little jars. but still it should work with smaller jars, just more of them. also, since there will be so much less moisture in the jars you may want to make your holes in the lids smaller. you won't need as much air exchange as you would with a quart and too much air exchange will dry things out too much.

You should be able to fit 2 qrt jars inside if you don't have a rack on the bottom or anything.
