I've never been so mad in my fucking life.

Everything just fucking enrages me at this point.  The slightest issues make me fucking break shit.  I have a permenentally fucked my hand up.  Have stabbed myself multiple times.  Blacken my eyes on a regular basis.  scream at loved ones. In general my face stays beat red and I'm grinding my teeth 80% of the time, and the slightest bit of ignorance makes me want to throw a rock at a nun.



How the hell do I calm down?  Counting to ten ain't happening, and I'm so pissed weed doesn't even phase my aggression anymore.

try meditation and most important try to watch the emotion. take note of where it originates in the body. what does it really feel like? is it so powerful that you become it or it becomes you like a demon taking you over? is it so strong that you must identify with and defend it as if your life depended on it? deep down all anger is fear. what are you afraid of? i don't care what the answers to these question are... these are question for you to answer with your inner voice.

Drugs have been the only thing to ever calm me down ( well pot anyways ) . I used to bite chunks out of my arm when I was in 2nd grade for not winning coloring contests.
