Valerian

I just bought this big old bottle of Valerian Combination pills. The serving size is 3 pills.

It has
valerian root
hops flowers
skullcap
black cohosh root
passion flower (aerial part)
Cayenne Fruit (40,000 STU)
Black pepper fruit extract



How long do you think the effects of 3 pills last?


Anyone try this stuff? It's by Nature's Herbs

I am about to take some now to test drive it, but it's mainly for school until my kava kava arrives.

PS: I just downed three of them with some chocolate milk! They are humongous and taste like rotted death! I took some caffeine and amphetamine (10mg) at 6, hopefully that won't fuck with it.

Valerian root helps induce sleep.  It doesn't get you high.  Taking it with stimulants will likely decrease your mental stimulation, while leaving the peripheral effects.

I doubt there's enough skullcap in there you get you stoned either.

I am not looking to get stoned but for a xanax/valium like effect.

some people say it is just like benzos some say hell no, I will see for myself how it helps! Hopefully, it will, I have a good feeling!

Valerian doesnt do shit to me.
Neither does kava.

They both taste like ass and have no effect, but :goodluck:

Man I got that paste stuff before, it numbs the hell out of your mouth. Tastes like shit too.

And yeah valerian root is notorious for being foul smelling. I've yet to try it. Weed is pretty alright  :billymaythumbup:

I like Kava Kava a lot. In fact I just made a Kava/coffee drink for class tonight. =D Think I may make sum maor too. You tried Kava yet, or is this your first order?

i never said it would "fuck you up" i ssaid it was good for wds for benzos and alchohol and other drugs.


kava and kratom mixed together make a nice drink.

OP..try the full spectrum kava paste..the 84% is good too...and the private reserve leaf kratom and kratom 15x is good.

its relaxing..not :mind blowing:

I'm pretty sure the kona kava is bunk.  I ate 84% capsules x60, 1/2 ounce 84% full spectrum paste, and 1 oz kava 5x elixir in one dose, and didn't feel anything.  Straight from Kona Kava's website.

I didn't even get a mild buzz.  Absolutely nothing.  My mouth did go numb though...


Edit: Apparently the kava from Fiji is good though.  I've never tried it though, so I can't tell you from experience.

Right now the full effects are hard to wage... I am took amphetamines and excedrine migraine (which has caffeine) two hours before... I feel the kind of feeling that vicodin gives you, except a little less. pretty nice- relaxed and not so much anxiety.  :awehigh:

I think people who get "high" on kava or valerian are just experiencing placebo.

I've gotten kona kava, only kind I've gotten.  Was some kinda drink mix.  Totally bunk.  Was just nasty and gritty.

I ate more than 60$ of their product in one sitting, and didn't get any effects.  And they refused to refund my order because I didn't have anything to send back. :crankey:

No, trust me. I use excedrin all the time! and amphetamines! This is different! Try this brand before you knock it!

You need better kava. I thought this at first. Ordered 2 pounds bulk from the local herb shop. Drink enough you wont be able to walk.
