Introduction...

Hey guys, so this is my introduction, I'll try to make it short & to the point.

First up - I'm 25 from Western Australia, I've been interested in psychedelics for years but every apparent opportunity would fall through... So I did some research, bit the bullet and got some spore prints (only after everyone raised my anxiety about Australian customs having a SWAT team kick in my door heh). I've had some good success with the PF tek, moved onto grain & casing, trying my hand at LC, agar etc. I guess like everyone else cultivation has become more of a hobby than actually tripping... As far as tripping goes: I've had about 3 shroom sessions and 3 acid trips including one which was pretty heavy (the whole defining moment/split dimension deal). I'm spacing things out and taking it seriously, I'm not much of a party guy, can't stand drinking etc but I do feel I've got a lot of shit to explore in my mind. Next up I'm planning a mescaline trip (hopefully in a week or so).

As usual this site has been an epic help! And as far as the forum goes, I appreciate the general lack of elitism that comes with other 'hobbies'... Hopefully I can eventually make some decent contacts amongst Australians, get into trading and generally expand my knowledge.

I used to trip till I started growing them.
One day I wound up sitting on a mother load of shrooms.

I ate 11 grams of B+ and never touched them again.

As a matter of fact I cant stand the taste of any
mushrooms anymore!

Be carefull bro,you could turn into one.

hitch hiker: I can see what you mean heh... I'm sitting on a lot more than I need at the moment but I really get into sharing amongst friends, hearing back from them how their perspectives have changed.

As good as it sounds - tripping like a mother fucker - I'm really trying not to be naive about it heh (especially after our New Years acid adventure). The cool thing is, where I live there's literally no access to shrooms so at worst I can trade them for weed.

Good for trading.

I grew a shitload in the beginning and couldn't`t find a market for them in my area.
Unbelievable eh??
Its only because I`m too old to deal with the young crowd
anymore and its not really my game anyway.
A lot of people now days are more into being in control
instead of the latter.
So I too ended up trading them for stuff like wide screen T.V. and stereo equipment,stuff like that.
My old school hippie bros who hadn't tripped in years
certainly remembered in an instant why they quit after
eating some of my caps.

Its weird cuz I got really good at growing then just
lost interest

Haha, I was thinking of something on a lower scale ie: Shrooms for some weed. It's either too hard to come across anything decent and/or it's too expensive, I can't justify buying the shit these days... So it could work out fine in that perspective (already got the offer, nice weed too). Really not interested in dealing, I'm just not a people person and have too much anxiety to go through with it all heh.

No doubt I'm going to lose interest at some point, but I've got a bit of exploring to do in the meantime so I'll get into it as much as I can (until it all comes down to one of those "never again" situations).

I love the science involved with growing shrooms.
You never have to worry about burning up electricity
or hideing stuff all the time.
I just wish growing weed was that easy.

I came into it all pretty late, smoked up for the first time when I was 19 or 20, tripped for the first time just after turning 25 which is cool in perspective... It weeded out any 'drugs for immaturity sake' situations heh. But yeah, I want to experience something from my 'drug' use, not feel numb/waste time.

It's the same deal in my town, it's probably easier to get meth/pills/heroin than psychedelics. However, it seems when you become a bit of a tripper, somehow (without trying) it opens up connections with new/interesting people and opportunities.

That's true, the other day detectives came over to my place because my girlfriends car was stolen and set alight... My shotgun/cakes were sitting about a metre away from them. I didn't even think about it haha.

I've got a small greenhouse now, I don't know how it's going to go with the rent inspections. Should make things interesting.

Looking to document a some projects in the next few weeks. Attempting my first bulk grow/setting up the mini-greenhouse... I've got some PE culture on the way which I'm looking forward to working with. And I've got the day off this Friday to work on preparing my San Pedro trip!
