the navy is gonna be awesome.  think about all those islands you'll be getting to see. Put in for a smaller boat, cuse if you don't you never really get to experience the sea.  At least that is how I see it.

WAIT!!!!  There are student loans for college!

You are about to embark on four years of most likely the hardest work of your life in joining the Navy. It is NOT all peaches and cream. Ok, sometimes it kicks ass like no other but that other 98% of the time it sucks balls. Just because you've signed a contract, it's not too late to back out now.

That's not even the real contract that you signed. You don't sign the REAL DEAL until you go to MEPS for the last time and get sworn in, in that little room with all the other recruits, the day you ship out. You can still change your mind if YOU should decide too. Don't let that recruiter tell you otherwise. I don't care if you've been in the DEP program for 18 months, it's never too late to change your mind.

you'll do fine, bank the cash you earn and the enlistment bonuses, invest
that cash each year, once you have the DD-214 in hand hit the streets for
a decent job, you'll find much better oporitunuty but dont forget to hit
the PX and get me a peacoat to replace the one I swiped from my uncle

You can get a peacoat at Burlington coat factory for $99.  Don't you think the girl's got enough on her mind??

Lady,

Don't become a cop when you get out or I'll beat you up like Ike Turner

Oh no. I'm going in.

I'm tired of not getting to eat like I'm suppose to and dealing with my family  A lot of people in their early 20's say that but not many of them live with 4 dogs, a legally insane person, and my mother who talks to people through her mind she says  The dogs piss and shit on the floor, roaches chase my food down, my mom screams for help everytime she can't get a jar open  and everytime I make money my dad bugs the hell out of me until he gets at least 10$ On top of all that I wasn't going to have a place to stay next month anyways, my parents are losing their house.

My only happy place was my room. It doesn't smell like shit and animals or piss because I shut my door and push something up the crack. Luckily my friend went to jail recently and let me stay at his place while he's gone.

So the Navy is much better as you can see. If I had to deal with my family any longer I think I'd kill myself honestly. Fuckin insane :mad2:

I had to quit smoking for a few years, it definitely sucks but after awhile you get pretty used to it.  You can always slip a few burn sessions in there though, and on the bright side, you usually end up easily baked :vaped:
