Getting married goes against the very laws of nature.  We as a species just weren't programmed to stay with a partner throughout their entire life.  It just so happens SOME couples can struggle enough to make it work.  It's not the way nature intended.

Yes I have seen this a million times. One kid i went to HS with,  well off rich kid, ..saw him recently- so like 12 years  from then,  and he has a shitload of gray hair man(25). He has 2 daughters. And did he listen when we all said he's pussy whipped??? nooooooooooooooooooo......

Some people in this thread have mentioned the fact that you quit drinking for her, and they are correct in saying that she has won a battle over something with you, naturally shes going to exploit that and try again over a different issue.

Life with someone else is about compromise, and if she cant allow you some space to have fun, then things will only get worse from here.

Uhh I already proved my point, I guess you missed it.  Here it is again: Relatively FEW species on our planet stick with one another for their entire lifetime.  FEW meaning NOT MANY AT ALL.  We are one of those that fall in the NOT MANY category.  Look at the rate of divorce and tell me with a straight face that we belong with each other in marriage as a species.  We do not.
