Wii modding?

Anyone here softmod their Wii?  I have SD cards and USB drives but not an SD loader, any way to hack it using just USB???

Are you saying that you dont have a computer than can load sd cards? Ive never heard of someone using usb to softmod their wii

All the softmodding I've done for Wii's have used SD cards.  If you don't have an explicit SD card reader, what about an mp3 player, gps, cellphone... anything that can mount the SD card on your PC will do.

What I did was used a MicroSD card. I have an adapter that the micro will slip into to make a fullsize SD and I have a USB adapter that the micro will slide into. It's not hard at all. The adapter came with a R4 mod for DS that I bought online.

Anyone have any good sites for Wii modding?

I went over to GBAtemp but there's like 5 stickied threads and I ended up with about 40 pages of reading.  Sure I'll get to it, but with my New Year's hangover I'd prefer an idiot proof step by step.

GBAtemp is where i did mine, and yes, its a fucking mess of information, worst modding scene i have seen of any console...but i got through it eventually...now i have my wii modded, homebrew channel, bootmii running from boot2, NAND memory backup, and configurable usb loader launching wii games off of my external usb drive...

This is very simple tutorial if have version 3.3(U)-lower. I used the card exploit to mod a few friends Wii's and a few peeps on here have had success with it.
