I'm still checkin' it out by here's a quick wrapup:

On March 22, 1972, the Commission's chairman, Raymond P. Shafer, presented a report to Congress and the public entitled "Marijuana, A Signal of Misunderstanding," which favored ending marijuana prohibition and adopting other methods to discourage use.

I don't get it anymore.

Exactly. He basically sent this commission out to get more facts and when they brought it to him he did the exact opposite that they recommended. Go figure.

how about a i got a year of probation..which i later failed and had to plea out to 75days in county (not to mention all the money they extorted from me..heres the story..got stopped for a traffic violation (I dont have a license so they had probable cause to search me)..they found a completely empty nickle bag..the took the empty nickle baggy and put some liquid in it and the cop shoot it and the liquid turned purple "BAM!! possession charge for microscopic fragments of THC..dont you just love this fucking country
