Documentaries To Watch?

Just wondering if you guys could tell me a few documentaries worth watching that include any of the following topics:

Shamanism, any entheogen, alchemy, Christianity's Pagan roots, quantum theory, etc

Just want to say, do not confuse that documentary as science.  It pretends to be, but it is pure mysticism disguised as science.  If you want something mystical made by the ramtha cult and their channeled spirits from atlantis then maybe you will like that.  You say you want something on quantum theory, try the string theory documentary from NOVA.  It has alot about the established theories of relativity and quantum physics as well as speculation into the hypothetical and pop culture sensation of string theory.  Its pretty popular.  http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/elegant/program.html ; Personally I think string thoery is a little over the top, but its fun and the quantum and relativity parts are good.

it's got nothing to do with entheogens, but Why We Fight is a very, very good documentary RE: the US military-industrial complex.

i'm gonna turn your question around on you: do YOU know of any particularly good entheogen or psychedelic documentaries?
i saw the nat geo special on LSD, plus i've seen the classic Hoffman's Potion, and something on ayahuasca which was cool but uninformative

The botany of desire.  It was done by PBS and interesting all the way around.  They cover 4 plants that have been very heavily influenced by humans, the apple, the tulip, marijuana, and finally the potato.  Not really what you asked for, but a great documentary none the less

good suggestion, 'what the bleep' was worthless cult bullshit and pseudo-science.

its not related to what the RP was looking for at all but Dear Zachary was probably one of the best documentaries ive seen.

dont read anything about it. just watch it. i think its better not knowing anything about it before you start.

I think Schapelle Corby is guilty of the crime she is charged with.  If you look at the people around her you will see they are not as clean cut as they come off as in the movie.  Her brother and father have serious charges, her dad was caught with 5 kilos of weed and her bro is in Australian jail for a variety of offenses.  Since the video more info has come in that points to her being guilty, check out her wikipedia page.

That being said its still bullshit what happened to her.  When will we stop wasting time and resources on a harmless flower.
