well?  the spread now is saints by only 1.5.  that's bullshit if you ask me, that's saying if they were playing in new england the pats would be fav by 3.5, assuming they give the saints 4 points for home field like usual.

well maybe the saints will finally get some respect when they beat the pats, but probably not.  the pats lost to the jets, the broncos (LOL), and the colts.  they are one of those teams like the giants that everyone just assumes they will win, no matter who they are playing.  sure they won the SB 3 times in the last 10 years or whatever, but it's easy to call offensive plays and win when you know exactly what the defense is doing before each play.

it's going to be a good game, but the saints are a better team.

I picked Patriots.

The Saints are younger, faster, and more talented.

But it's hard for me to bet against the Patriots.  They are such a hard team to beat.  Like someone else said, if the Saints do this for a few more years it will be a whole different story.  But I've seen the Patriots of recent history, even a less-talented group like this one, beat better teams on a pretty regular basis.  And especially teams in the NFC.  What are they, 18-0 against NFC teams in the regular season?

I think the Pats win it.

haha, yeah that was me.  but yeah, normally i like the pats.  and, honestly, i've been saying all year, if we are going to lose one game in the regular season, this is a good one to lose.

pats aren't in even in our conference, and no one would be embarrassed about getting beat by the patriots.  they are a great fucking team, and have been tested as such.

but... I still like the saints in this one :smirk:
