Best Cheap Camera to Get?

Thinking of stuff for my Mom to get me for Christmas. Figured a Camera would be sweet. It'll give me an excuse to go outside more!

What can I get that's good, but not $300+?

I'd love a cheap one with that macro shit so I can see my weed crystals.

Its possible. I'm not looking to be a Photographer though. I just want to be able to have cool pictures to show friends and all that. If I had the money to get a super deluxe camera I would; however, I do not.

Please help guys its appreciated!

i have a Nikon Coolpix 4600 (there are newer models out now that are nicer but probably in your price range) that takes decent macro for only being a 4 megapixel camera.

Eh, she likes to buy me things. It makes her happy. I get a few small gifts for friends and family too. Part of me thinks its stupid, but part of me doesn't mind giving some stuff out. I feel I express how I feel about those who are close to me well enough and have never seen it as "buying off people". I can't help but get my girlfriend some cool shit :vaped:
