it only works if everyone does it. you cant read a message unless youve already created a key. id imagine a lot of people would have to resend PMs n shit.

i have an encryption key, but unless people I PM have a key too they wont be able to read my encrypted messages. its an all or nothing type of thing.

I think I tried this at one point and then lost my private key for the encryption... or maybe I'm thinking of something else.  :confused2:

Yeah I had this at one point and then lost my private key and then tried to reset it and it didn't work and I PMed Ythan but he didn't know so I said fuck it.
