Trichocereus bridgesii Seedling advice.

I've got 4 Trichocereus bridgesii that sprouted June 24th of this year that look like such: (This is 3 of the 4)
How are they doing? I basically just put cactus soil into an egg carton with the top cut off and holes poked into the bottom, with a sheet of plastic wrap to hold in some humidity. I water them when the soil looks bone dry.
Am I doing this right?

They look healthy and pretty much exactly how you want them to be.
Nice color and shape.

They should be a bit bigger for 3 months. Mine are getting really big and they are a bit over 3 months.
Here's a (somewhat, they are much bigger now) recent picture of mine, sowed somewhere near the end of may:

Yours are kicking mines ass.
I had them inside during the summer because I was afraid of burning them.
Should I transplant them?

What light do both of you have?

Hell, are you sure those are 3 months old? They definitely seem older.

You have no need to transplant them yet. The only reason they're that size is lack of lighting, methinks.

Nah the seedlings in the original post could be fatter and bigger given more light. Not direct sunlight, but some sun would help for sure. Also when they are seedlings, they need humidity. Water them every day and mist them whenever you can.
I'm not bragging but I've got couple of month old seedlings twice that size. It could be genetics, though.

HPS is great, yet a waste of electricity, I use a 250w metal halide in the winter but I just water my cacti way less and they stay fat and just don't grow as much...
