dJarum clove cigarettes

i have smoked dJarum clove cigarettes for years. mainly Bali Hai but sometimes Splash if they didnt have Bali Hai. now that they r banned i am very sad :sad: its sooo NOT fair but we wont get into all that...

has anyone successfully ordered them online?

i have been told by some that you cant, but others say you can. i NEED to find a safe source urgently... regular cigarettes just arent doing it for me and most of the tobacco sites i have come across appear shady.

HELP!

I can't believe they banned them, seems a step too far.
Can't help you though sorry, i don't think i've even seen a clove cig in the UK.

i dunno where ur from OP and im too lazy to scroll up and look but cloves r NOT banned. i buy them all the fucking time. u can order them online like i do, or you can prolly ask your local head shop to carry them just for you. my local head shop did that for me. :smile:

They are banned nationwide as of september.  Stores that did carry them can sell what is left on their shelves, but they can't buy more.

Ellen, grow your own Nicotiana tabacum and then add some nifty tasty nuggets to them for flavor.:shrug:

I had a buddy do this and it worked fine for them, they found a recipe online.

When i was a kid they used to sell candy sticks which were like imitation cigarettes,, came in a box and everything, :lol:.
I don't think that's why i smoke now, i smoke because my parents and friends did, nothing to do with marketing at all just natural curiosity.

i used to buy these all the time on the way home from school when i was like 8 or 9.  they were $0.35 a pack, and there were several different boxes.  interestingly enough, the lady who worked at the store where i bought them went to my church.  if i remember correctly, i think she was the youth pastor's mother. 

they even had red coloring on the tips!  haha.  that's funny.  i haven't thought of those in years.

Around the same time they had the ones that were bubble gum, and if you blew into the stick powdered sugar would come out to look like smoke.

My friend got a detention while waiting for the school bus and had to write a letter of apology and read it to people on the bus.

The 80s were really fucking weird, especially when they turned into the 90s.

yeah, i've had those bubblegum ones too.  i always preferred the candy sticks though.  now that i think on it, those may very well have been my favorite candy as a child.  i fucking loved them.

and let's see.. if i was 8 or 9, this would've been like 94-95.  that's solid mid-90s.  that really doesn't seem like all the long ago.  crazy to think that in less than 15 years we went from having candy that imitated cigarettes to completely banning flavored cigarettes entirely under the guise of "saving the children".

goddamnit.  honestly, i'm getting tired of this topic because it just makes me think of the extent to which corporate lobbyists influence federal mandates, and it really, really pisses me off.
