ok im gonna seem like a dick here but,

He got beat in a place where he is supposed to be protected by Correctional Officers... Yes hes a rapist and yes he deserved it but the system didn't do what it was supposed to. Therefore the money is justified

If it is a private prison yes but judgeing by this it is ran by the state
