Yes, thats what your supposed to do so that when you blow your load it goes into the reservoir tip. If there is air in there the air bubble is gonna move around in the condom once you blow your load.

See, I know how to use the condom, but I prefer to not do it that way.

B/c the condom gets pushed down during intercourse and makes your dong into a type of cone, where you lose lots of feeling.  When it's 'skin tight'.  So I like to leave the air in the tip for a little wiggle room.

In my own experience, if there is that bubble of air in the tip of the condom, when I'm pushing my thang up against the girl's cervix, that bubble of air can push into your urethra. Very, very painful...

I never realized why I would get that pain from time to time during sex, I thought I had torn something internally because I could never see any trauma, yet the pain was extreme and lasted some time after the deed was done. After I started pinching the end of the condom to keep the air bubble out, I haven't had it happen since.
