A simple search of Rob Cypher seems to suggest that he was, in fact, in an episode.

Whether this guy is a puppet or not is beyond me, but from what I can tell he used to post at Bluelight, and there mention of him on rec.drugs and alt.drugs.

some of those fucking people are really out there though,

my favorite was the guy who was a complete alcoholic and OD'd and ended up in the hospital and tried drinking the hand sanitizer because there's isopropyl alcohol in it or whatever, thinking it would get him drunk.
