Im fuking constipated! SO ANNOYING!!!

so ive been constipated now for like 5 days. i cant eat anything bc my stomah is too full. and its too full b the shit just wont digest, or it does but i just cant shit. ive taken 2 of these permian pills. hardly worked. shat but just a lil. so i took 2 laxatives and they arent even working. wtf. sooo annoying. im sooooo hungry but i cant eat bc itll just make me that much fuller and also im like bloated so its like really uncomfortable to sit on anything, even laying down it hurts.

I just took some tube from a equarium pump, cut it tight in the faucet, stuck it up my arse for a bit, held the water in, shat it out, chunks started coming out, left some water in their so the other stuff can get through easier, and usually behind the hard chunks is normal or more soft stuff.
