    #11044293 -

If all I had to do was post crazy shit on the shroomery, I would. However I have to work, so lithium(depakote) I guess. And you dont really want your third eye open all the time, not me anyway. It seems to get stuck, without the use of substances.

This should actually help me be more myself. The ratings thing, not the depakote. Like the post I read about people with "somethings" to prove. If I am subject to ratings, ill prolly act pretty faggy, as opposed to taking what people say on a what they said about present subject basis. Im also prone to leaving shitty ratings, which are mostly undeserved.

It sucks being bi polar. Shroomery is helping me figure things out. Like why I say stupid shit I say. Anyway, before we all get teary eyed.

I can tell you from personal experience that
Depakote is bad for your pancreas
and lithium is a toxin at high levels

In my personal experience with BPD meditation is very helpful in maintaining your mental stability

Dude, just start a new account. Fresh slate. You only have <200 posts, it's no biggie, coaster posts that in an afternoon (pleases don't follow his example though ). Opting out is just a wuss move in my books, ratings are there to tell other users how reliable you are and speak into the quality of your posts/online presence, they are not here to stroke your ego. Besides, if you spend a while doing good on these boards, good ratings will EASILY soon outweigh the bad ones.

Anyone who doesn't think you can come back from an OTD ratings rape needs to read my several pages of bad ratings.

I've been ratings raped 2 or 3 times, don't let it get you down or anything. The bottom line is if you're a decent poster---:smirk:---your ratings will show that over time. This isn't an instant gratification type of system.

i will never understand why opting out is looked down upon.
but i never understood the purpose of ratings in the first place
i guess i just don't feel that i need to be graded or rated..

it is pretty hilarious though when people get on your ass about it..

Re: Opting out of the "judgment" system [Re: abysmal]

The criticism of opting out (as I see it) stems from the fact that people who do it claim to not care about ratings. However, if you don't care, then just get rated and continue not caring.

The default is to be in the ratings system; opting out shows you care about ratings, which is why people ridicule those who do

Because if you opt-out, you're a pansy who cares too much about what blowjobs on the internet think about you.

Fucking hilarious. I think all this rating / opting out crap stems from OTD.... Even though they're fags, they've obviously "gotten the job done" and caused many to melt down and opt out. Pretty entertaining.

Then there's people who opt out for other reasons...
Like one guy whose name I wont mention.. said he opted out because someone posted gay porn in his ratings
Except mods can still see ratings from people who opted out.. I checked and he just had like 5, 0 shroom ratings from people calling him a narc because he rolled on his friend and bragged about it in OTD.
