Betting season!!

Im bet happy come football season. It would be cool to see who is the most successful betting games here with the same starting bankroll. I have a $40 limit/season, and see where i can take it with the online sites.

sportsbook.com gave me a 20% so i got 48$ or something. Some of you hardcore mother fuckers should get in on this if you dont have gambling problems or whatever, and well share the leads.

I've never bet on sports before. At least not like in the traditional sense. I've bet straight up with friends, rarely with a spread.
I've done a few pick 'em kinda deals.

I'd be down to throw some money into sportsbook.com I guess.

cool man, just like last season ill be posting the bets i think are a good choice, or at least the crazy ones ive made, every week.

over bets are pretty addicting jewunit, once you hit that total, youre just happy the rest of the game, and it can happen at any time. once an underbet is surpassed, or a team is losing by too much, you know youre fucked, but the over almost always keeps you glued.

Good point, I never really thought of it from the standpoint of how it effected watching a game.

I bet pretty regularly on football and college basketball. I use BetUS though

Usually what we do every year in the forum is have a weekly listing of all the games, and everyone picks their winners through the end of the season. But that's just for bragging rights

i dabble with bodog... they have bets on literally everything. i remember 2 years ago you could bet on who would win the democratic nomination and hillary was even money...

but since I am such a diehard saints fan I would use my betting to set myself up emotionally. so i would bet against the saints usually, so if the lost, i made 20 bucks, and if they won, even better.

haha yeah. the I win no matter what bets are fun too. damn dude that guy sneezing has some serious nasal issues goin on or something.

im tempted to bet on some of these preseason games but am thinking things are just sooo unpredictable its not worth it, unless theres a game just trampled by bad weather or something, too early in the season for that though.

another fun trick, try and find some accurate 7-10 day weather forecasts and look for games in areas where there will be a high chance of heavy rain or snow (obviously has to be open stadium also), and make the appropriate bets based on this information, usually under is a safe way to go.
