Best/Cheapest Cell phone?

So I have 2 phones
an old ATT phone and an old Verizon phone

Can I use one of those to do a cheap plan?

I don't like those fucking dollar a day plan it ends up being cheaper to just get a normal plan.

Any thoughts on this?

what i did was i went to bell and asked for their cheapest plan with the essentials, they showed me some shitty 45 dollar plan so my sister kinda flirted with the guy and he ended up offering a corprate plan that is generally used for embridge gas. The plan is bomb its
-3 years at $23 per month
-unlimited talk after 6
-300mins between 5 am and 6pm
-unlimited text
-gps
-web browsing (it said it could do this but i cant get it to work)
-the phone was free

these plans do exist you just have to work it out of them, i dunno about the laws in the states about using these plans, i live in canada, i just used a fake number for the employee number.

and no my sister didnt do anything with the guy.

I have a plan that is not a pre paid and im not under any kind of contract
it works for me

builds my credit and I can stop it any time I want for any reason with no fee

ya it was a contract but your not gonna get any good deals unless you sign up for any length of time.
at 1 dollar a day your still paying 30 bucks a month and probably aren't getting very good service/benefits

its us cell and I already owned the phone

if you buy the phone out right usually you get a plan with out contract

what happens is say theres a 400 dollar phone "and if you sign this contract you get the phone for $50"

thats how they get you so just buy a phone thats cheap at the place or find one off a friend or something and then sign up with a fully paid phone and you shouldnt have to sign a contract.

at least thats how it worked for me
