Sexiest Cell Phone Ever!

I've been looking for a new cell phone for some time now and it's been rough. I want something somewhat basic but sexy. It should make calls, possibly take pictures, and have the basic phone applications.

I finally came across the perfect phone...then I came find out it was $300,000!!! http://www.esato.com/news/article.php/id=972

The Sony Ericsson Black Diamond phone has got to be the sexiest phone alive. It may not be an iPhone when it comes to features, but it wins in looks.

I wish I could find a phone that looks similar but with a slightly lower price tag...maybe take the diamond out of the back of it?

Anyways, check it out, and if anyone happens to know of a cell phone that is as sleek and sexy as this one, let me know.

Man if you are dropping $300, get an iphone. Its like having a mini laptop with you at all times. I wish I had one, everyone in my family does.

I'd be willing to drop that much, but I hate the iPhone. I don't like touchscreens that much. Also, I don't need all the features the iPhone has. I'd rather a more basic phone with a better battery life.

Never said I was going to spend that much, but I would be willing to if I found the exact phone I want.

Comparing this to a car is a terrible analogy. The cost difference is rather severe.

Either way, what does it matter? I want a sleek and sexy phone rather than one with a bunch of features I'd never use.

I have a sidekick and it's pretty good. It has all the basic features, it's pretty cute, and it's durable.

Mine has been dropped down stairs, fallen into the garbage disposal, been dropped out of a moving car, you name it.

And when it gets all scratched up you can just buy a new shell thing for it and it looks brand new again.

Diamonds are tacky.
Mirror finish would show fingerprints (and face grease).

Geometry is nice, as is the touch keypad. 

I think he said it is $300,000.00, as in 300K, as in 1000x the price of an iphone.

Sidekick is too big for me and I especially hate the flip screen. Cool phone, just not for me.

Not too worried about face grease or fingerprints as I've had that problem with EVERY phone I've had. The price tag is quite a bit steep but you better believe if I was a multi-millionaire I would be tracking down 1 of the 5 of these made.

I have been looking into the HTC hero. Only has a UK release as of yet.

Good: Feels heavy and solid - even compared to the iPhone
      White one is Teflon coated, making it not get all smudgy
      Android w/ HTC sense UI. looks phat

Bad:  Currently using the same hardware as the HTC Magic. Quite simply, not enough CPU/ROM for a phone of that caliber. US release may get souped up, but there aren't even rumors to support that.

I have the blackberry bold, and it is amazing. by far the best resolution out of any phone on the market. and it doesn't have that touch screen bullshit that gets scratched and broken in a month

I had an HTC 8525 for awhile.  It was bulky but I loved that fucking thing.  It could do anything!

Wtf are you talking about? I think you're taking this thread a bit too seriously.

This is about CELL PHONES!, not technology that is going to save the world. Also, phones that have less functionality than the iPhone are more energy efficient, therefore being better for our society. You're basically arguing that you like the iPhone and anyone who disagrees is disgusting (sickening).
