I've tried them. Very strong flavor. They're usually full of a bunch of spices like garlic, dill, basil, cilantro, even anise sometimes. You never know what you're getting with those. Garlic tends to be the most popular.

Their consistency is like breaded and fried mashed potatoes.

Mmm... sounds good, I think I might have to pick some up. Do you mean they come in different flavors, or just that they're very inconsistently made. If it's the later, that sounds kinda cool too, it's like a surprise in every box.
