The whole point was if you hit someone im pretty sure your angry.
Why else would you hit someone?
I have hit people. Only when i was mad. I didn't hit someone cause they made me happy.
So saying you were not angry just does not cut it. You said you were in an argument because of a stupid towel. yeah that happens. Especially if there are underlying issues like ( I do all the housework, I bring in all the money and she spends it all, I get home from working all day and i wanna have sex and she never wants to. )
So evidently you have some anger issues with with her.
Whatever is bothering you, you will have to talk with her.
A relationship honestly isn't much without honesty.
If you can't be honest than there will always be something bothering you and boiling until BAM.
Now don't get all defensive. This was not meant to Put you down in any way. I have anger issues myself. I have to calm myself down too. So does 99% of everybody on the damn planet.
Just trying to help. But I can't help unless you accept your flaws.
