I've been up to Omak a bunch of times for work.  I remember hearing about that barter fair when I was up there.  If it wasn't a 7 hour drive, I'd probably be up for it.  I think the environment around there, it's just so desolate.

Well, that's not the Tonasket barter fair. That one happens in October. Must be one of the other barter faires. I'll probably be at Tonasket in Oct.

ahh the res. i lived right across from it on the other side of the river.

god i hated that place. im glad we moved... omak sucks. spokane, seattle, and damn near anywhere else were cool. but north central SUCKS

Well, you're right, I just looked at their website. The spring fair used to be only for volunteers, but looks like it's wide open this year.

i havent been to washington in nearly 10 years. things must have changed or i wasnt old enough to pick up on the shitty quality of spokane.

but i agree, seattle is awesome. i wouldnt mind moving back to WA or OR someday. just too bad expensive anymore.
