you can become an alcoholic. or abuse cocaine or meth.

another way is to train your mind to believe that you are crazy. then you will try to hide your feelings, and the only time they will come out is when you want them to, or when you beat the shit out of somebody.

i also have a minor problem of being too nice of a guy. i'm also fairly emotional for a guy, but now i mostly hide that. now when the nice side of me comes out, people like it, instead of thinking that i'm a pussy or weak.

I am sort of the same way, haha I almost burst into tears once when one of my professors yelled at me. Staying constantly in touch with your inner smile is a long process; not sure what to tell you in the meantime.

most of the people where i live r total nitwits and i,m a misanthrope because of it, so as a byproduct of this i have almost no anxiety or cares of what people think of me, plus i believe and know i,m a better more evolved person than almost everyone on earth these days....

I'd say just try to bite your tongue until you've really thought about something. I used to work with a guy that "wore his heart on his sleeve", and it was pretty annoying. Watching him struggle emotionally actually helped me get a grip on my own insecurities. Something I've noticed is that the less I say, the more I like myself. In my experience, we're all a lot crazier than we lead on.

Marijuana helps me in that area. Gives me a more reserved demeanor that can sometimes be taken as being standoffish. Otherwise I'm an emotional roller coaster, but everyone reacts differently to weed.
