"Butt-Hurt"

I'm butt-hurt over the term "butt-hurt". The first time I heard it was about 5 years ago. It occurred during a conversation with one of the least intelligent guys I've had the pleasure to know. Coming from this guy I figured that "butt-hurt" had to be some sort of spontaneous inanity. Much to my dismay I soon realized how wrong I was. It wasn't too long after this initial encounter that "butt-hurt" seemed to start cropping up everywhere. And sadly it's become a more or less commonplace and accepted figure of speech. Let's do the right thing by making a valiant attempt to stamp it out of the lexicon. Thanks for your time.

I don't know why the fuck it's in common usage, but "butt-hurt" makes me laugh... doesn't mean it's not completely retarded though. (I've the sense of humor of a third-grader)

Personally I like the phrase butt-hurtz. It's childishness encourages the butt-hurt individual to reconsider how silly it is to get so internet-sand in their vagina.
