I'd drop the class and demand my money back. If they won't do it, take that video down to administration, or the registrar. Bullshit like that is a waist of your time and money, it utterly goes against everything that university represents.

Wow. Why the fuck are they even there if they don't want to learn anything? It sucks for the people who actually want something done. That class needs a bouncer.

On the plus side...if you stay at home and study instead of going to class, you will learn more than the people in class and that means you can get an easy A :wink:

EDIT: Dub, work your ass off for 2 years then try to get a scholarship and transfer to a 4 year. If those are the people around you, it shouldn't be too hard to stand out and come on top, and thus get good grades and recommendations.

Because they don't want to get a job and join the real world.

It's the reason I gave up on community college. I'd be sitting in class trying to listen to a lecture, and I'd have some dumbass teenager who's parents treat college as an adult daycare wispering to me every 10 seconds and asking me If I want to smoke a bowl later.
