So are the raids on dispensaries still happening?

I remember the government said they would stop, and a memo was sent out to stop the raids.  Then a week later a news article came out saying that another memo had been sent out, saying to cancel the last memo.

So are the raids still on, or not?

not entirely accurate, the memo said stop filing charges and
conducting the existing prosecutions, when the memo was
rescinded it allowed for new charges to be laid and for
prosecution to continue against existing growers/distributors as
well as those that will be arrested in the future

so they just raid the growers allowing the dispensaries to dry up


I put no faith in government, I'm yet to see a politician that
didnt talk out of his ass to get elected only to change his mind
when some lobby group starts putting the screws to his
administration, as mentioned, even GW said he'd stop the MMJ raids

By the way dude, I watched that video you supplied to explain where your avatar was from.

I'm not sure how I felt about it... it was incredibly awkward, yet so hilarious I was cracking up at the same time.  The looks on their faces were just... so... awkward.

i put no faith in government, its just idiotic to, and not patriotic either.

i think obama will, although i think people will put the screws to his administration i dont think he wont do it for a lot of reasons, mainly that more people are against it and the economy is a bigger issue anyway.

GW said he would stop the raids? do you have anything to support that? we are talking about a guy whos administration started going after head shops, and tommy chong, something even clinton mcliberaldictator didnt do.

clinton put more people in jail over the drug war than bush sr. by ALOT

When he was running for president (the first time, I think) he was asked publicly what he thought about medicinal marijuana, and he replied that it was an issue best left to the states to decide.
