Ythan - More Mouseover

hey man

when i am looking at the search page, looking at all users posts

like this page for example:

http://www.shroomery.org/forums/dosearch.php?namebox=199437

when I use the mouse over preview, it will still show the first unread reply since i have that option on.  but on a search of a users post wouldnt you expect to see the EXACT post you mouseover, not the newest one in the thread?

Right now I am showing a reply by matt when I mouse over the first result there from the thread "steve irwin was a hack"

im a bit loaded, so sorry if that doesnt make sense.

i have also had this problem with older threads on the search page that had no unread messages in them, the preview wont go to the exact post that is linked too, it is oft one by someone else in the same thread.

this has been happening forever its just i get sidetracked and forget the bugs I see sometimes, sorry.

when they come to me, often in dreams, i always report to you :laugh:

I have logged in this once so that I can set the "last seen" feature up.  let the faggots flow forth into OTD and have it.  Its funny how they all grew nuts after I left.  I'm not here, I'm not reading, but I urge you all to keep melting down over me.  I know, I hurt alot of people, and they deserved it.  epic win for me, epic fail for you. 

ythan, you rock dude.  i feel that my time at the shroomery was very positive and enjoyable, but this site is no longer for me. im not mad or upset or disappointed, i just want no part in a pg rated faggot festival.

Hmm I see what you're saying about the search results, though at the same time I try to keep the interface consistent without weird undocumented exceptions to the default behavior. But maybe this is a case where the "weird exception" is actually more intuitive, I'll take a look at it later.
