When you live in Canada all you're life you don't mind the cold anymore. I was out for 3 hours in -22C before and smoking joints. I enjoy the cold to be honest.

Ottawa is fucking cold, I'm turning 20 this month and I've lived here my whole life and its never gotten any easier to deal with the cold.

I was in a split program at Carleton/algonquin but i dropped because it was shit.
Probably going back to one of those two schools next semester.

yeah Ottawa is alright... crime is pretty low and the downtown area is fun.

Ottawa has one of the most extreme temperature gradients of all cities in the world. I think I read that somewhere, but it seems pretty fuckin true. Summer is WAAAAY too hot and winter is WAAAAY to cold, like it goes from -30 to +30 or so
