Anyone cool in NC????

I just moved from Los Angeles to NC. Talk about culture shock! Just wanted to look up a few people from the area and say hey! I live right above Waxhaw and am going to be living here for almost half a year. I cannot for the life of me find anyone cool. Don't get me wrong, people are WAAAAAY nicer here than in Cali but 1. they are all older than me. and 2. Haven't found anyone that smokes. There's FORESTS around this place! Someone HAS to have a garden in there somewhere! I'm almost ready to go look for one myself haha. Anyways if you are from, or know anyone from here, get in touch. This is the longest I've gone without smoking weed haha. AND I quit smoking cigs 6 days ago! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways...

I know the area that you are talking about and yes, I can imagine that is a culture shock for you. I'm from NC but no where near your part of the state. There is plenty of bud all over though. You shouldn't have any problems once you get out and meet some people. There are a lot of people on here from NC btw.

Moving to NC is not the time to quit smoking cigs. lol NC usually has the opposite effect on people. This is tobacco country. Everyone smokes.

Kidding. Anytime is a good time to quit smoking cigs. Congrats and welcome to NC. Good luck on the bud hunt.

North Carolina Is the Tarheel state I live in eastern NC far from Y'all... to bad to I Moved to a college town from the beach and miss the beach so bad!!! I know people here but have the same problem most of them are younger and flake out on thingz....welcome to our beautiful state...e

I guess it IS a small world.  Raleigh here too.

Also the OP should take the couple hour drive to Asheville if he's still having trouble.  Shouldn't have to look far to find whatever you want there.
