Does anybody actually get No.4 heroin in California? 

Seems like that shit could be here but it fucking isn't.  Only black tar can be had and it's expensive and hurts my throat.

Cali has everything, just need to find the connections. I live in the midwest and all we have is black tar, which is shit. Too bad I don't like meth, I can find that crap easier then weed around here.

Its kind of weird, California is closer to where powdered heroin is produced, but it seems to only be on the east coast. I guess the crazy mexicans ran out all of the other connections so they can have a heroin monopoly, pushing their shitty tar.

Which I don't really mind tar I guess...its better than nothing. I just wouldn't ever IV that stuff. Not because I am afraid of needles, because IVing tar causes some serious damage. I would feel somewhat ok with IVing powdered heroin though.

I live close enough to Mexico where tar is generally cheap enough to be able to just smoke it.
