Why do my god damn shoes squeak?!

My favorite pair of shoes have started squeaking within the past few months. Every time I plant my left heal it get a... rubber on plastic squeak or something like that.

Any shoenologists out there? Why the hell does this happen and how do I fix it? This shit is annoying!
