Main account wont log in

Hi, I have a supporter account and con not log in because i also have the secure server id and pword to input.
The account is under djmako7 and I can log in the site just cant do anything because I am prompted by the secure login which I input the info and it just keeps popping up

I have logged in this once so that I can set the "last seen" feature up.  let the faggots flow forth into OTD and have it.  Its funny how they all grew nuts after I left.  I'm not here, I'm not reading, but I urge you all to keep melting down over me.  I know, I hurt alot of people, and they deserved it.  epic win for me, epic fail for you.

We have been upgrading the authentication system to be a bit more secure.  If you notice any more problems, please let us know.  (Try clearing cookies first.)

Seuss, here is the exact problems I am encountering with my main account.

I cant log in. Says my password is wrong
I request password and enter it and it still says it is wrong even when I input the requested password.

Unable to change password in account information.

when I log in it says all the forms were not completely filled out. But at this moment I am unable to log on once again. For some reason if I close the tab and open a new one I must log back in even if remember me is checked.
