You sound like me when I was 19.

I ended up getting a girlfriend and she ruined my life further.

I don't know what to say to make you feel better, because I know exactly how you feel, and the only thing that will probably make you feel 100% again is being out from under the governments thumb.

Get a couple hobbies man.  Try hard in school, and take pride in your accomplishments.

I feel the same way. I am thankful for my health and my weed but otherwise my life is pretty fucking lonely. I am 20 years old and I don't relate to the social scenes around here.  I really just need a girlfriend and to move the fuck out of my house.  Life can get better eventually, just gotta have some hope.

This guy got it right...  don't get a girlfriend hoping that just having a gf will make you feel better about your life.  It will never work out in your favor.  Your measure of self worth will be determined by your girlfriend and your relationship.

Girlfriends can make you feel great, sure number 7, but if you're bummed and looking for a girlfriend specifically because you think it will make you feel better, it is destined to backfire.

I hear you. I'm a generally happy person though, it just gets me slightly down how my love life has been pretty empty for most of my life.  I feel that I am more worthy than being a lone ranger all the time. :psychsplit:

I am in pretty much your exact same position except I hate people.

The only thing that really depresses me is that I met a girl that I really liked and I will never see her again (feelings not mutual).

Shit sucks dude but there are plenty of us in your same position.

BTW So Cal is not the shittiest place to be if you are in our position, Wisconsin is, there is nothing to do here so all I do is think and it's driving me crazy 4 real.

At least you can go to the beach.

I live with my gransmother also, and with my mother, our family sucks, me included. I am 20 and i  suck at life.Does that make you any better>? but it doesn't matter. Why it does matter, you think, it does not, life is life, we all die, some die sooner, some later, nothing matters, its just your ego, you need something to matter because you were born with conciousness and ego. But what if you were not?
