my gf's very heavy flow

good morning, well is that time of the month and my gf's very heavy flow is making her feel like shit, does anyone know of any over the counter medicine that could make her feel better?

(and dont say weed because she doesnt smoke)

Midol. No coffee or salt, she'll just get more bloated and miserable. She needs water and fresh fruit.

I usually smoke a lil doobie, but that's me. Helps tons. Does she work out? That will help too, tell her to do some yoga, or go for a run.

You do what my wife does, works for her every time.

My wife has to have herb when her aunt flow comes to visit, benzos are good to...she'll just pass out and wake up in a good mood.

My ex used to take ibuprofen. Just make sure that if she takes anything that she eats first, otherwise it could make her nauseated.

I'd imagine Aleve (Naproxen sodium) would also work quite well.

I don't know about otc meds but birth control can work wonders.... or you could just knock her up and she won't have a period but then again she might just get more depressed about that :shrug:

I feel her pain but Im on the depo shot and haven't gotten a period in over 2 years!

Getting some exercise works wonders even if you feel like poo going into it. Ibuprofen and some good herbal tea too. yogi makes a good one "Woman's Moon Cycle" or "calming' when your feeling extra bitchy.
Clams forte works great for PMS too.
