Life is a celebration of itself
    #9380592 -

Psychology is the same thing as spirituality, just from a different angle. Perception is projection. Everything we learn about life is us learning about ourselves, and everything we learn about ourselves is us learning about life. Understand this, and you're already as enlightened as any human can hope to be.

Stop contemplating the meaning of life, really, stop. I spent so much time dropping acid and toking, and yea it gave me a lot of wisdom, but that's really all it got me. The more I contemplated, the more I realized that I don't need to contemplate.

Life is a celebration of itself. There is no other meaning or purpose to life, it is simply to celebrate our own existence. I look at a tree and see the tree celebrating its existence in its own way. I look at the table and see the table celebrating it's existence in its own way.

The death of my body creates life in the flowers that bloom from my corpse. That's a fucking beautiful thing. Every atom, every cloud, every insect, everything, is celebrating it's own existence in the party that life is, are you in?

Life is a celebration of life and psycology and spirituality are related in alot of ways, dont get caught up with freud, he had personal problems he never solved in childhood that rolled over to create a whole school of thought.  You would probably enjoy Carl Yung. He belives in our mind like a mountain above the clowds, the tip is very visible but under the cloud is this deep interconnected subconcious.

What alot of people dont realize is creativity is too also related to psycology and spirituaulity and is a middle ground. A conduit to recieve sealed envelopes from something unexplainable in the unconcious brain.

Alot of people disregard the importance of dreams because of ridiculous things like dream books that help you interpret your dreams,Their is actually a reason why they are in the "occult section" wich means power over

but dreams really can be feelings and thoughts that could never jump your corpus collosum while you are concious, The only thing is you have to translate your own symbols in your dreams becasue what you see in a dream is usually based on your first reaction of seeing something in real life. If you see a person in a dream its less about that person and more about what that person makes you feel, or what you think of them.

I dont know what you think about god or the bible, but dreams are mentioned 224 times in scripture, even though the catholic, methodist, and babtist churches dont seem to even acknowledge this, god had to put people asleep before he could communicate with them becasue their logical side of the brain wouldn't listend to that faint wisper.

But to say your as enlightened as any man hopes to be seems to be a stretch. The life force that breathes and flows between all of us and everything has a timing to it.  In just its timing there is more to learn than i could comprehend on this plain of existance.

Indeed, I completely agree.  Every time that I "transcend" and become aware of that indescribable truth that one experiences in such a state (I like to call it ______ ), I always notice that it has literally been right there in front of me for my entire life.

I agree with you that life is a celebration of itself, but your thoughts on contemplation are a little distorted. Contemplation is key to being aware of yourself. Contemplation and meditation are the greatest tools for living your life. They help you gain peace of mind, and that is an incredible thing for a human being to possess.

I do think that trying to find the meaning of life will be a long, never ending chase if your looking externally. You have to look into yourself, with contemplation, and discover what your life means to you. There is not one answer that works for everyone, so each and every person must look into themselves and the meaning of their life will be revealed to them.

What's greater than wisdom? I think that's wonderful that you can gain wisdom from psychedelics. Gaining knowledge, however, I could see that as being a waste.
