ALL Images are now 'Re-Sized'?

Hello,
I created a new Sig today - and when I went to upload it to my Profile - the Site automatically re-sized it to a size so small - it is now unreadable !

I experienced this earlier in the week, when I created a pix (and I know how to keep them small , so as to not suck up space) and it was downsized to a little bigger than a postage stamp.

Is this new 'feature' Permanent?
I hope not.
Half the fun of being able to edit a Profile is to Add new Sigs - This new 'resizing feature' is good for those who make huge scrolling picts, but what of those who know how to keep picts small - Is there anyting I can do to get my picts to upload at the proper size?

The "feature" creates a thumbnail, but that thumbnail links to the large version of the image, which is untouched.

This hasn?t been done to make you angry, but to reduce the transfered amount of data.
If the avatar picture is 80 kb big, then the whole 80 kb picture is transfered to you, regardless that it only displays as 70x70 pix.
That?s why now all the avatar pictures uploaded at the shroomery server are scaled down.

just click on the thumb and copy the url into your sig

Aww Smack 'm Boy - I wish it were that simple
I did click on the thumb, and it has the word "Thumb" in the url - and as I imagined, it saved in the  new and improved small size - So,  I ask again?
Is there anyway to get a pic to load at 'reguar size"?
