Its not illegal to have spores, nor is it illegal to sell, trade, mail them as long as their not in on the banned states list. Don't worry, I'm a laid back chilled noob. Whats up, names oO care to show me around?



No you are completely correct. Spores are not illegal to have. BUT one would have to wonder where one had obtained said spores.
My method of getting a print is to set the cap on a piece of aluminum foil thus leaving spores in a lovely design.
Cops are not stupid, well some are. ALL cops are not stupid, someone is going to wonder where someone got the cap to drop those spores. And having proof that you were in possession of a cap IS illegal. At least i think it is.

Now i don't consider myself a law expert, but i would have to say having a print on a piece of aluminum foil is more than enough to convict someone of a felony.

Maybe I'm wrong, but i don't like taking those kinds of chances.
If I'm wrong just disregard this, but even if i am wrong, this still isn't the brightest idea and i wouldn't change my stance on the subject.

I'd rather eat a mushroom that i had not identified properly than to get nailed because i sent a cop a print.

Theres a market place thread in the forum thats got people sellin spores tho and people dont seem to look all paranoid and stuff when you go in there, so why all of a sudden in here?

It's just a new member w/ not a lot of posts asking for spores seems kinda shady.  The marketplace you gotta be a member for 90 days to get into.  If you hang around you will see threads w/ ppl giving away prints.  I've seen 4 since I've been here in not even 2 months.

hell i have been here about 4 and have given away probably 75 or so
and theres members that can back that up
contests even happen in the cult forum just be patient and you will see one
if not just wait a few more months till you can access the market place
it will be well worth it if you did
