I get to watch my three state teams play back to back. I love it when they do that.

Oakland over Denver (if God loves us)

Haha, right on.  Honestly one of my greatest little joys in life is pissing off sports fans.

It's amazing to see how pissed off people will get over a bunch of roid raging jocks throwing a ball at eachother.

Not that I don't like Denver or that I like Oakland.  It's the Chargers that I'm wanting to see make a comeback.  They've gotten screwed out of a ton of wins this season, and if they don't gain back a point this week, then I'm afraid they don't have much of a chance left.

Promise me though that if Denver does get the honor this year, that they go on to kick plenty of ass.

Oh, I'm not pissed off at all.  Just making an observation.  I've met plenty of people that share your sentiments, and they all share the same sad existence.

I grew up watching football.  Some of my earliest memories are watching football with my grandpa.  Like Farris said, I enjoy the complexities of the game.  If you don't understand it, then you don't.  But don't make mass judgments about people who watch football because it in turn makes you everything you rail against.

I bet your daddy touched you in your bad areas.

And sadly enough when your father and grandfather could've been taking steps to actually IMRPOVE your waste of a life, they instead bestilled the ignorance of mass conformity upon you. 


I'm glad the earlier memories I have of a child were not sitting in front of a tv listening to some half drunk asshole yell.
