so true. so many plausible points have been made in this thread. blunts do not waste weed, and get you way too blazed and confused, but they are just a teed bit harsh on the lungs and throat, and take away the taste somewhat. joints hit and taste great, but are gone in a flash. then they go off-topic onto glass, which is also great. there was also the mention of vaporizers, in which it is almost a fact, that they are best smoking devices. not only the healthiest way to smoke, but if you pack headies in a vaporizer, its going to to taste like candy, with the cleanest high. a cheaper way would be to smoke headies out of an unused piece with the herb ignited with solar heat through a magnifying glass, "solar bowls," as we used to call 'em. there's definately a notable difference w/out butane. off-topic but...
p.s. does anyone still smoke out of an apple?

I actually disagree with the glass making it taste better. Pipes always hurt my lungs, and bongs seem to filter out the taste.
