Cops don't check computers unless they think they will uncover a major manufacturing or distribution network, and you use the word "stupid" an awful lot for someone who cruises in CAPS.

Annon #1, obviously if the plants were outdoors, someone simply trespassed on the property and identified them that way.  Is the property fenced?  You didn't say it was an anonymous tip, so I'm assuming it wasn't and therefore, it was most likely not fabricated.  Also, if the property isn't fenced, you could easily argue the plants weren't yours.  If it is fenced, that will be harder to defend.  Also, 10 pounds for 6 plants seems a little steep, I wish they would put me in touch with their gardener. I would imagine at very least the poundage could be argued downward, but I'm sure your lawyer will be able to handle all that stuff.

OP The prosecutors will try to trick you and play mind games, but in the end if they can not prove the plants were yours, you can't be charged for it (unless you said they were yours, which you could still argue was said out of fear but thats unlikely to do any good). I know this 100% from previous experience. Say they are not your plants, nothing else. If they keep dragging on and you feel compelled to say anything further, just say it was probably some ditchweed and the city should have gotten rid of it because you pay the fucking taxes.

If he is truly a good lawyer you can get off fine with just some proby and maybe some short jailstay, because the weed was not proven to be yours, and the grow op was unfunctioning so you can just say the shrooms were for personal use, along with the other things.

simple-minded is a compound adjective with each of the words neccesary to form the thought.  As it is different to say simple and minded than simple-minded you put the hyphen in to denote that it is one adjective comprised of two words

Like saying ten-year-old children....
