I've had this happen before. Scared the living fuck out of me. Turned out I had epididymitis... A bacterial infection of the epididmis. Not an STD, easily treated with antibiotics. Does one of your testicles hurt?

actually it too can be caused cause sperm sits in the epididym for up to two months before it comes out in ejaculate, and if u go from barely jerking it to jerking like hell, sometimes the gland swells from being used so often.
